      Approve and Close a Buying Plans by Period

      This guide provides instructions on how to approve and close buying plans by period. By following these simple steps, you can efficiently manage and keep track of your buying plans, ensuring that they are approved and closed accurately.

      1. Navigate to your dashboard https://app.mfp.net.au/buyingplans/2

      2. Click "Buying Plans" on the top menu of your screen to view and navigate your buying plans

      3. Click the approve (checkbox) icon above the Month and Year column you want to approve

      4. Confirm your approval by clicking the "Approve" button in the pop-up confirmation message

      5. Repeat the process for each additional period you want to approve
