Approve and Close a Buying Plan by Year

This guide provides instructions on how to approve and close a buying plan by year. It explains how to navigate to the buying plans, approve the year, and close the year.

1. Navigate to your dashboard https://app.mfp.net.au/buyingplans/2

2. Click "Buying Plans" on the top menu of your screen to view and navigate your buying plans

3. Click the "Approve Year" button to approve the whole year period

4. Approving the year will approve all values in the calendar year. To make sure you are sure you want to approve the year, we need to verify your request

   • Enter the confirmation number provided in the confirmation message in to the "Confirm" field

5. Click the "Approve" button to confirm approving the entire calendar year

6. To close the year, click "Buying Plans" on the top menu of your screen to view and navigate to the buying plan you just approved

7. Click the "Close Year" button to close the entire year.

   • Note: You must approve a year before closing

8. Closing the year will close all values in the calendar year. To make sure you are sure you want to close the year, we need to verify your request

   • Enter the confirmation number provided in the confirmation message in to the "Confirm" field

9. Click the "Close" button to confirm closing the entire calendar year

10. Repeat the process for each year you want to approve and close
